VACANCY AND PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT TO
THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE 小蓝视频 UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
(Education Code § 5092)
On February 21, 2024, a vacancy arose on the Governing Board of the Cajon Valley Union School District, in Trustee Area 3, due to the resignation of Jo Alegria.
The Governing Board voted at a Special Meeting held on April 22, 2024, to provisionally appoint Emily C. Schworm to fill the vacancy in Trustee Area 3. Unless a petition calling for a special election pursuant to California Education Code section 5091, containing a sufficient number of signatures from registered voters of Trustee Area 3, is filed in the Office of the San Diego County Superintendent of Schools within thirty (30) days of the date of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment.
